Welcome to Miss Bharat™ Award, one of India's premier beauty pageant and modeling platforms dedicated to discovering, training, and promoting aspiring models and talented young women from across India.

By accessing our website, submitting an application, making a payment, or participating in any Miss Bharat™ event, training session, audition, photoshoot, grooming program, or competition, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

• Organization refers to Miss Bharat™ Award and its management.
• Participant refers to any applicant, contestant, model, or candidate.
• Website refers to the official Miss Bharat™ website and associated application pages.
• Services include registration, auditions, grooming, photoshoots, training, and competitions.
• Application Fee refers to the one-time registration fee.

3. Eligibility Criteria

Participants must satisfy the following criteria:

• Female candidates aged 16 to 28 years.
• Indian citizens or legally residing in India.
• Beginners and freshers are welcome.
• Participants below 18 years must submit written parental or guardian consent.
• Participants must provide authentic and accurate information.
• The Organization reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage.

4. Registration Process

• Candidates must complete the official application form.
• All required information must be accurate and complete.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
• Shortlisting is based on internal evaluation criteria.
• The Organization may request additional documents, photographs, or videos.

5. Registration Fee

• The application fee is ₹999 (One Time Only) unless otherwise stated.
• There are no hidden charges and no mandatory grooming fees.
• Payment confirms the candidate's interest and covers administrative processing.
• The fee does not guarantee selection, title, or prize.

6. Selection Process

Selection may include:

• Application screening
• Online auditions
• Interviews
• Photoshoots
• Grooming sessions
• Ramp walk evaluation
• Final event participation

The decision of the judges and management shall be final and binding.

7. Training and Benefits

• Opportunity to participate in Miss Bharat™ Award 2026

Availability of services may vary by city and event schedule.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

• Maintain respectful behavior.
• Follow instructions from organizers.
• Avoid harassment, abuse, or misconduct.
• Refrain from defamatory statements against the Organization.

Violation may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

9. Use of Photographs, Videos, and Media

By participating, candidates grant Miss Bharat™ a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use their photographs, videos, audition clips, testimonials, and social media content related to participation.

These materials may be used for marketing, advertising, website and social media promotion, press releases, and future campaigns.

No additional compensation will be payable unless agreed in writing.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The name Miss Bharat™, logos, graphics, certificates, website content, and promotional materials are proprietary assets of the Organization and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or imitation is strictly prohibited.

11. Certificates and Awards

Participation certificates, winner certificates, crowns, titles, and awards may be issued at the sole discretion of the Organization. The Organization reserves the right to revoke any title or recognition in case of misconduct or false representation.

12. Event Changes and Cancellation

• The Organization may modify dates, venues, judges, event format, or program schedule.
• Events may be postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Participation is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
• The Organization shall not be liable for travel expenses, personal injury, property loss, or indirect or consequential damages.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information will be used for registration, communication, and event administration in accordance with the Organization's Privacy Policy.
