Refund Policy

1. Registration Fee

The registration fee for Miss Bharat™ Award is ₹999 (One Time Only). This fee covers administrative processing, application review, and access to platform services.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Technical error resulting in accidental double charge.
• Event cancellation initiated solely by the Organization.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Change of mind or personal decision not to participate.
• Disqualification due to eligibility violations or code of conduct breaches.
• Withdrawal after the application has been processed.
• Failure to attend auditions, events, or training sessions.

4. Refund Request Process

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to missbharat@indiaonematrimony.com.
• Include full name, registration ID, payment receipt, and reason for refund.
• Requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
• Transaction fees or payment gateway charges may be deducted where applicable.

6. Event Cancellation

If an event is canceled solely by the Organization, registered participants may be eligible for a partial or full refund at the discretion of the Organization. Any costs already incurred for venue booking, logistics, or third-party services may be deducted.
